The State of Kansas has a new program for its residents offering a 4% Grant to first time home buyers.

If you:
- Have a minimum credit score of 640 (Don't know your credit score? Contact me to find out)
- Have never owned a home or have not owned a home in the last 3 years.
- Have a total combined household income NOT exceeding $83,880 for 1-2 person household or $97,860 for 3+ person household.
Then you may qualify for this program:
- 4% of loan amount as cash assistance to use toward down payment and closing costs.
- NON-REPAYABLE GRANT
- 30 Year FHA, VA or USDA home loan with a competitive rate.
- 5% interest rate today- rates change daily.
- New or existing, single family, owner-occupied, condominiums, townhomes, and duplexes all apply.
- Home buyer education is NOT required and no additional paperwork needed.
- Program is ongoing but funds are reserved on a first-come, first served basis.
